FOOD AS MEDICINE.
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
-Thomas Edison, 1903
Natures Process of Healing
"The use of natural remedies requires an amount of care and effort that many are not willing to give. Nature's process of healing and upbuilding is gradual, and to the impatient it seems slow. The surrender of hurtful indulgences requires sacrifice. But in the end it will be found that nature, untrammeled, does her work wisely and well. Those who persevere in obedience to her laws will reap the reward in health of body and health of mind."
- Ellen G. White, Ministry of Healing

Autoimmune Recovery Program
There are many people who are afflicted with pain and inflammation. It is now widely accepted that inflammation contributes to all of our chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, depression, etc.
In an effort to relieve those suffering with inflammation-related diseases, we will be hosting an Autoimmune Recovery Program in partnership with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
This is a 4-week program that teaches people how diet and lifestyle can dramatically affect their symptoms of pain and inflammation. Students will learn how to use plant-based and sprouted foods to increase nutrient availability and improve digestion, thereby improving the immune function of the body.
When you are just starting out on this journey, it can be extremely confusing. There is a plethora of research in the scientific world and there are numerous contradictory opinions about what is the most anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle. We beleive that a loving God has given us principles in His Word that can shed light on even this confusing subject. We believe that God has not left us "in the dark; giving us the framework for this program that is supported by Biblical principles, scientific research, and clincial experience.1
We can share with confidence that even for autoimmune disease and leaky gut, lifestyle and diet can have a huge impact. Many who tried this plant based approach - even as a last resort - have made significant improvement. 2
Participants will meet weekly for two hours per session. These sessions will feature video health lectures that are based on science and the Bible, live food demonstrations with tasty,
yet simple plant-based foods, and a meal plan and protocol that has been found to help many people with pain, chronic disease, and allergies.
THIS EVENT HAS ENDED.
What is Autoimmune Disease?

Addison disease.
