About Us

Before we had our four children, we made countless flights in serving overseas doing humanitarian work for the orphaned, the handicap, and the poor. Now we have small children, but our missionary spirit hasn't changed, just our focus & community. 

It is important for us to train up our children with the same missionary mindset; to serve, to work for the benefit of others, and to find fulfillment in the fruits of their labour. 

Our little farm in the Clear Hills County has been good to us;

rich soil, amazing neighbours and low taxes:)

We are a proud homeschooling family, and believe that true education is well defined as the harmonious development of all the faculties - a full and adequate preparation for this life and the future eternal life. An education which recognizes God as the source of all wisdom and understanding. 

 

We moved here 9 ago, and with the purchase of our farm came five chickens and so began the boys journey as chicken farmers; the flock has now grown to upwards of 60 birds that gift us with a daily abundance of colourful eggs.  We have been selling our eggs for years by word of mouth, but you’ll know we are open for business when you drive by our farm on the Hines Creek highway and see our ‘OPEN’ sign hanging out by the roadside.

  Rob pursued a career in Para-medicine and International Development, while Danielle completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Wellness Management. As a trained Doula, she has read more books on parenting, babies and midwifery practices than she did in all her years enrolled as an university student. 

Together we live a plant based lifestyle and have a passion to share our knowledge in health and wellness within our community.

We trust we will meet many of you along the way, but if we don’t pass in the aisles of our local Freson Bros, you most assuredly will find us at one of our favourite hangouts;  Figure Eight Lake with our kayaks in tow.
